 Joyflow Yoga Teacher Training Certification

AND Joyflow Coaching Mentorship

Joyflow Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training has been accredited by the Yoga Alliance since 2001, certifying over 24 classes of teachers. It has been my great joy to have offered my 35+ year experience in a variety of styles and traditions, in mentoring yogis and aspiring teachers. My teaching style is playful, nurturing and generous.  I strive to cultivate confidence and self-awareness in all those I mentor.

I'm doing a new thing this year! I don't yet have all the details in place yet, but here's where we are so far. I plan to have all the details in place by mid-January.

The 2025 Joyflow Training will consist of:

1. 4 Retreat style weekends, Thursday pm through Sunday afternoon, scheduled from February until (probably) September. We haven't picked the dates yet, but I'm wanting to follow the Solstices as much as possible. These will be held at The Land in Collinsville MS (north of Meridian), an intentional healing community.

2. Weekly zoom (or in-person) class and discussion throughout the 8 month program. These will be held on Thursday evening 5:30-7:30,and will begin in February 6th. They will be recorded for you to review, and for any who have conflicts at that time, or who register after that date.

3. For locals, in-person classes with me are recommended, but I will offer classes with me at Russell's for half price: $10 per class and 6 classes for $45.  As soon as you make your first payment, you can begin to take advantage of this offer for the other classes on the schedule. If you study elsewhere, we will stay in touch about your ongoing practice, both in classes and on your own.

Investment: I'm still working out the details. So far: basic training itself will be about $2500 which includes training and catered meals. A variety of overnight lodging options (tiny house, bunks, glamping, primative tent) to suit your preference and budget is separate. To keep to these prices I'm preparing for at least 8 participants and a limit of 11 (this year space is limited).

This training is designed to give you an immersive and transformative experience, both for locals, Mississippi natives, and those from elsewhere. I think I already have a participant coming down from Canada (hi Brenda!).
